For out of warranty repair cost or addition information please call one of our service centers.

  • All merchandise must be returned with a dated proof of purchase to be eligible for warranty service.
  • In the event that your product needs repair service after the warranty period, any ASC will furnish a written estimate upon request.
  • Due to the possibility of damage, or loss, we strongly recommend shipping via insured UPS or insured Parcel Post.

Casio is not responsible for the memory contents of any device under going repair nor for goods damaged or lost in transit to our repair facility
